What The App Does

家庭管理 helps families coordinate chores, points, rewards, meal menus, shopping lists, and family routines from an iPhone-first app.

I cannot sign in

Confirm that the email address is correct and that the household owner has created or invited the account. If a code-based sign-in flow is enabled, request a fresh code and use the most recent one.

I cannot see my household data

Confirm that the signed-in account belongs to the correct household. Parent and owner accounts can manage household workflows; child accounts see their own tasks, points, and requests.

Recipe or menu images do not upload

Confirm that photo library permission is enabled for the app in iOS Settings. The app only uses selected photos for recipe and menu content.

Data deletion requests

Contact the app support owner with the account email and household name to request account or household data deletion.
